It was discussed how Ukrainian companies can get to an IPO, and what the peculiarities and conditions of an IPO at NYSE Euronext are. ALTERA FINANCE Investment Group has held an international conference on the possibilities of capital attraction that Vienna Stock Exchange offers to Ukrainian companies. Austria’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, present at the conference, said: 'It’s not only the attraction of capital that is important for Ukrainian businesses, but the access to internationals market as well. We talk here of practical steps to integrate Ukraine into the EU.And it’s completely in line with the policy of Ukraine-EU relations’.

In Donbass Palace hotel, ALTERA FINANCE Investment Group held a conference on attracting international investment through a Warsaw Stock Exchange IPO. This is the first joint event of the kind since the IPO partnership agreement was signed between the group and WSE in Nov 2006.

Donetsk now has a regional office of the national IPO committee, based at ALTERA FINANCE investment group. Previously, the committee was only present in Kyiv. However, the high concentration of large industrial enterprises in the east of Ukraine led to the opening of a regional office here.
