ALTERA FINANCE IG offers shares in its real estate fund

Altera Asset Management performed an additional issue of shares in OJSC Closed undiversified corporate fund ‘Altera Finance Real Estate’. The company is about to offer the whole issue worth UAH 100 m. The commercial launch of the fund is scheduled for Jun 9, 2008.

The new fund is intended to manage the assets of VIP clients on a partnership basis, and will invest in highly profitable real estate and shares of Ukrainian companies. Asset funds are going to include commercial property in the regional centers and Crimea. The entry threshold is UAH 500 thousand. Altera Asset Management plans to purchase a large stake in the fund.
