2011

ALTERA FINANCE became a member of the Local and Foreign Investors Council created under Donetsk regional state administration.

The company entered the advisory council under State Property Fund of Ukraine.

2010

ALTERA FINANCE IG was awarded the medal «Ukraine business leader - 10 years of development» for considerable contribution to Ukrainian stock market development. In the national magazine “Top-100. Business leaders of Ukraine” rating, Altera Asset Management got the first position by net asset value.     

2009

ALTERA FINANCE IG has increased its depositary assets by UAH 60m (par value) by acquiring «Industry of securities» Ltd.   

2008

ALTERA FINANCE IG is one of the initiators and organizers of the First Annual International investment summit in Donetsk region.

2007

ALTERA FINANCE became an UAIB member (Ukrainian Association of Investment Business).

2006

ALTERA FINANCE IG is named the most dynamically developing company in the financials sector (Top-100 rating of InvestGazeta newspaper).

The company signs a cooperation agreement with Vienna stock exchange, as well as an IPO partnership agreement with Warsaw stock exchange.

2005

The group creates Ukraine’s first insurance company asset management fund.

2004

Altera Finance experts are the first in Ukraine to work out a scheme for financing construction through target bonds.The group now includes a registrar - Prisma consultancy firm.

2003

ALTERA FINANCE IG became a PFTS member (PFTS is an influential Ukrainian association of professional securities market players).

2001

The company gets a securities depository license. The company ranks in the top ten depositaries of the Professional association of registrars and depositories (PARD).

2000

ALTERA FINANCE IG is incorporated.
