ALTERA FINANCE IG has operated as a securities depository in Ukrainian stock market since Nov 2001. The company’s securities depository license ÀÂ ¹ 189629 was issued by the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market (DKCPFR) on Sep 13, 2006.
ALTERA FINANCE securities depository is the member of Ukraine’s Professional association of registrars and depositories (PARD) since Sep 2002. The company ranked in the top ten Ukrainian depositories according to PARD rating.
The par value of depository assets for January 1, 2012 was UAH 3,966 billions.The investment group runs its securities deposition operations in:
- the National Depository of Ukraine
- the Securities Depository of the National Bank of Ukraine
- Ukrainian National Securities Depository
All transactions with deposited securities are performed within the framework of the National depository system based on the software of the above-mentioned depositories.

ALTERA FINANCE IG offers the full range of depository services:
- opening a securities account;
- depositing securities;
- immobilizing (dematerializing) documentary securities to provide for their electronic circulation;
- tracking the transfer of ownership for securities at the client’s request;
- informing the client of all corporate actions of the issuer that result in the change of rights associated with the security, registering the said changes in the securities account, and forwarding to the client any information received from the issuer or registrar;
- receiving income from securities and later transferring it to a cash account;
- providing security owners with account statements and account movement statements for any period of time;
